The Prince William Area Branch of the NAACP held its annual Freedom Fund Banquet. The event was October 13th, 2018 at the Fort Belvoir Virginia Officers Club’s Mt. Vernon Room. AKA Omnicron Gamma Chapter - 2019 Gospel Fest
PW NAACP President Cozy Bailey was noted and asked to stand for recognition at the 2019 Gospel Fest. The 25th annual gospel fest was hosted by the Ivy Foundation of Greater Prince William County, Inc., the affilliated not-for-profit arm of the Omicron Chi Omega chapter of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Soroity, Inc. Prince William County Black Business Expo
The second annual Black Bussiness Expo which is co-sponsored by the Prince William NAACP was held on November 3, 2018. The event was hosted at the Mount Olive Baptist Church located 13111 Minnieville Road Woodbridge, VA.The 2018 PWC Black Expo showcased more than 30 vendors. Freedom Fund Banquet 2016
The 2016 Prince William County Branch of the NAACP held its Freedom Fund Banquet, “Empowerment through Unity ” on October 22, 2016, 6:00-10:00 pm at the Quantico Marine Base, Quantico VA. This year, our keynote speaker was Mr. Corey Holeman, Chairman of Northern Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce. Ticekt price was $75.00 per person. Attire was semi-formal. The menu selections included Glazed Tilapia, Chicken Marsala and Pasta Primavera.
