“Fighting Stigma and Saving Lives”
On September 24, 2018 The PW Branch of the NAACP sponsored a discussion about innovation in mental health insurance and the importance of expanding access and awareness about mental health care in communities of color. “Fighting Stigma and Saving Lives” Featured guest panelists were Jennifer Wicker – VA Hospital & Healthcare Association, Andrea Bailey – Virginia Board of Psychology, Pat Victorson – Prince William County NAMI, and Dr. Joann Thomas-Wilson – NAACP Virginia.
